I manage to sidestep out of the way of the man’s gigantic obsidian sword. The rush of wind rustles the short, white strands of my hair as the blade attempts to slice me in half. I duck out of the way of a horizontal slash and move in, slicing upward with my ice and then my fire adamantium swords. The man steps backward, dodging my twin blades easily. His sinister, golden eyes glare at me before a loud explosion booms to my right. The force sends me flying and I land flat on my back. I was never very graceful.
“Hey!” I shout, knowing it was one of my own companions who caused the blast.
